A copy of his letter of appeal to IISSM Members for joining the 10th APSA Conference being held at Manila on September 4-5, 2003, is reproduced below for information and necessary action. IISSM strongly recommends the appeal to all of you. IISSM also proposes to send a delegation. You may consider joining the same.           We are pleased to inform that Asian Professional Security Association (APSA) Philippines Chapter will be hosting the 10th Asian Professional Security Association International Conference from 4 to 5 September 2003 at Makati Shangri-La Hotel, Manila. This Conference with its theme 'Unity Towards A Global Approach To Security And Safety' serves as an effective setting for detailed discussions and interaction on key security issues and point of interest.
