Without sounding patronizing, may I once again place my compliments on record for the hard work, determination and dedication you have shown during the phase of hardship, which undoubtedly is source of inspiration to the youngsters. Gen Prem Sagar has also been along with you the whole distance and you two make a wonderful team. The camaraderie, understanding and team spirit between both of you have also been qualities I emulate from you.

I do not see IISSM logo any where in the newsletter, nor do I see your photo along with the Editorial. Please consider keeping both prominently. Also placing few photographs of taken during certification courses and giving short background of the faculty member may also be considered.
