The Board of Governors has approved New Delhi as the Venue city.

The dates are likely to synchronise with or be around the bi-annual International Security, Safety and Fire Exhibition (ISS&FE) - December 5-8, 2005 - conducted by India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO), New Delhi.

The Venue of the Seminar (outside ITPO) premises is to be decided.
