Dear Mr. Nath,

I Thank you for regularly sending me the IISSM newsletter. In your May, 2006 newsletter, the article or virtually a thesis by Prof. Rangnekar analyzing and articulating the historical evolution of human civilization over the two millenniums starting with the need for military and bureaucracy in the previous ones culminating in the need for managerial contribution in the present millennium is indeed interesting to read. The article serves to highlight the significance of management in all fields in to day's world and by implication, in the field of security.
