The International Institute of Security & Safety Management adopts the following-

Code of Ethics and mandates its conscientious observance as a binding condition of membership of or affiliation with the Institute.

A member shall perform professional duties in accordance with the law and the highest moral principles. A member shall observe the precepts of truthfulness, honesty and integrity.

A member shall be faithful, diligent and competent in discharging professional responsibilities. A member shall not only safeguard, but exercise due care to prevent improper disclosure of any confidential information.

A member shall not maliciously injure the professional reputation or practice of colleagues and shall be loyal to his clients and the State and National Government.
